Why is fresh food better?
While it’s true that most off-the-shelf pet food options contain the required vitamins and nutrients for a dog to survive, it has been proven that a fresh food diet can help to support your pup in living a longer, healthier life.
Where do you source your recipes?
Our recipes are developed by our animal nutritionist, incorporating the latest developments in the field. This means that they have been formulated perfectly with the correct ingredients and serving sizes to allow your dog to lead a long and healthy life.
What is AAFCO?
AAFCO is the American Association of Animal Feed Control Officials. Although we are based in Australia, AAFCO provides the recognised standards for dog food. All of our meals are designed to comply with the AAFCO requirements of ‘complete and balanced’ dog food.
How is Perfect Bowl delivered?
Perfect Bowl is delivered frozen in insulated packaging, so don’t worry about being home; just pop them in the freezer as soon as you can.
Once-off Orders
Once-off orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
Subscription Meal Plans
Your order will be delivered on a cycle ranging from every 1 week to every 6 weeks depending on their situation, straight from our Sydney-based kitchen. Each day’s meals are packaged in vacuum-sealed pouches for freshness and convenience.
How long can I keep Perfect Bowl food?
All Perfect Bowl meals can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. Our food is quickly frozen to lock in the nutrients after cooking. Once opened, refrigerate and feed within 4 days.
Do I need to cook the meals?
No cooking required! We’ve cooked all the meals in our kitchen so you don’t have to. Once thawed in the fridge, simply cut open the pouch and serve.
How do I update my card details?

I’m going away; can I put my subscription of hold?
Absolutely, unlike other subscription services, we aren’t here to hold you at ransom. Simply log in to your account and edit your subscription settings. If you’re going away but your dog is staying with a friend, we can organise for your meals to be sent to an alternate address.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, you are free to cancel at any time. Simply visit the My Account page.
Should I consult my vet before making the switch to Perfect Bowl?
If your dog has intolerances or a medical condition, it is always wise to check with your vet when changing their diet.
My dog is picky. What if they don’t like the Perfect Bowls?
We have a variety of bowls to suit even the fussiest of pups; you can select from any number of our meal options to customise your order.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in contact with us via our contact page or live chat to organise a refund. We do not except returns as Perfect Bowl is a frozen food item.
