Returns

As our Perfect Bowl meals are freshly cooked and frozen, we are unable to practically offer a returns option. Instead we will endeavor to offer you a refund or credit where applicable.

Refunds

Product Faults
If there is a fault with your order, please get in contact within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You can get in contact with us via our contact us page or live chat. If there is a manufacturing or transportation issue, we will issue you a full refund or replacement.
Delivery Issues
All orders are delivered with 'authority to leave', this is due to the frozen nature of the product and the inability for it to be sent for re-delivery. Goods stolen from the customers premise are not entitled to a replacement or refund. Please get in contact with us within 48 hours of delivery to report all issues related to delivery.

Fussy Pup Guarantee
We know how hard it can be to find food that your fussy dog loves. If you have an extra fussy dog and they aren't licking their bowl clean, we will give you your money back on the conditions below:

Perfect Bowl’s ‘Fussy Dog Guarantee’ is available on new user orders and is limited to the first box ordered with a maximum value of $50AUD exclusive of shipping cost. It is not available to previous customers which refers to any combination of: a user that has previously placed an order, a credit or debit card that has previously been charged, or a delivery address that has previously had a delivery from PERFECT BOWL. Any claims must be raised within 30 days from delivery of first box. Claims must be raised via our website contact form, or live chat, or via email (contact@perfectbowl.com.au).
